About the Faculty OSTİM Technical University, a university of industry, was established to conduct its educational activities in strong collaboration with the business world, industry, and society. With this mission, the Faculty of Architecture and Design aims to cultivate highly skilled and comprehensive designers who can create contemporary, original, and consistent designs. It sees it as its primary duty to graduate versatile interior and environmental designers and industrial designers. Our faculty includes the Departments of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and Industrial Design. The faculty's goal is to produce interior and environmental designers and their talents who can analyze human-space-society-environment solutions and user needs well, who can follow and utilize current materials and techniques globally, who have historical and environmental awareness, a critical perspective, and who offer aesthetic, creative, and economical solutions, possessing interdisciplinary work and team skills. With the vision of OSTİM Technical University, the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and Industrial Design education program incorporates Workplace Application courses into its educational model. Through these courses, students gain experience in workplaces and application areas from their first year, acquiring industry experience even before graduation. Combining this industry experience with practical and theoretical knowledge gained from the curriculum, our students will become professionals with contemporary design and application skills, integrating form and function with technology, art, and science.
